We automate the systems that do not want to be automated

Plenty of the programs a business runs on have no API. That does not mean the process around them has to stay manual.

In short

RPA and custom automation for software with no API: form filling, data extraction, repetitive processes driven through the existing interface.

How it works
  1. Request or event
  2. Automation
  3. Your tools
  4. A person only for exceptions

It comes up constantly: "we would automate, but our system cannot connect to anything." That is usually true about the program and false about the process, because the steps a person takes in the interface can be taken another way.

What it means in practice

We write automation that uses the program exactly as a person does: opens, searches, fills in, saves, exports. The difference is that it does so a thousand times overnight, identically, and does not get tired at the three hundredth.

  • Filling in forms in applications with no API
  • Extracting data from interfaces and reports
  • Moving data between two systems that cannot talk to each other
  • Processes scheduled to run overnight, not during working hours

Custom, not off a platform

We do not sell RPA licences and we do not tie you to a platform charging per robot. We write the automation for your process and it stays yours, which also means you do not pay more the more you use it.

What happens when the interface changes

Interface automation is by nature more fragile than an API: if a button moves, it can stop. So we build it to check what it sees before acting and to stop safely, alerting a person, rather than carrying on and writing bad data. We tell you this before, not after the program's first update.

How we work, in five steps
  1. 1Process Audit
  2. 2Solution & Plan
  3. 3Execution
  4. 4Ownership & Maintenance
  5. 5Continuous Optimization

What you get

  • The process automated on the existing system, without an API
  • Scheduled runs, including outside working hours
  • A safe stop and an alert when something does not look right
  • A log of what ran and with what result
  • The code stays yours, with no per-robot subscription

Frequently asked

Is it legal to automate software we have licensed?

Generally yes, for your own data and within the licence, but it is worth checking your contract. We flag it when we see a clause that could be a problem.

What if the vendor releases an API later?

We rewrite the automation onto the API. It is more stable and faster. RPA is the answer to its absence, not a preference.
